Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your new purchase. However, if for some reason you are not completely happy you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, all returns must be post marked within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when dispatched. This does NOT apply to items tried and bought at the studio in person.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at hello@vintagebassroom.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving the number please package the item securely in its original packaging and return it to the following address

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a fully insured and trackable method of return courier.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) working days from the receipt of your item to process the return or exchange. We will notify you via email when the return has been processed.
